3. No ABS-CBN threads allowed at any languages except issues and scandals that are not affected to GMA Network. (Example: Henry Lopez was put in jail in 1972 due to martial law under the proclamation by Ferdinand Marcos)
4. Wrong topics for selecting the language will move to the corrected language.
